Each plate is divided up into 3 sections, with the intention being to set aside the largest section for fruits & vegetables and the two smaller sections for meat and grains. This isn't a hard rule though; users can divvy up the space however they choose to.

Made in the USA, each plate is made from food grade polypropylene that is top rack dishwasher safe. They're reusable items, making them an eco-friendly choice.

Our Portion Plates are 10 inches in diameter and have a depth of one half of an inch. They come in your choice of assorted translucent colors. Each is imprinted in a single color on the back of each divided section. For an upgrade fee, an additional (matching color) stock art imprint can be added to each section, designating where each food group item should be placed.
