Uploading Your Product Artwork

We want to make sending your artwork to us as easy as possible. We will try to work with any artwork that you have available. High resolution PDF, JPEG, EPS or TIF files are preferred. If you are not able to produce a file in these formats send us what you have and we will be to glad to help you produce a sharp, crisp imprint.

Please give us a call if you have any questions or difficulties in uploading your art below. If you have large files (over 1 or 2 MB) it may be faster to e-mail them to us at art@4allpromos.com.

In addition, we are happy to make some modifications to your artwork. Our goal is always to be the easy folks to work with!

Upload Art
Complete the form below to upload your art directly to us. Please include your Order Number and Name so we can quickly get your order into production. Filling out as much of the form as possible will assure faster processing of your order. If you prefer, you can always e-mail your art to art@4allpromos.com.

Text Only
If you only have text to place on your product email it to us at art@4allpromos.com along with your order number and company name.

Format
We can accept both PC (Adobe Illustrator 10) and Macintosh platform files.

Important for CorelDraw users
All CorelDraw (CDR) files should be saved as an Adobe Illustrator EPS (Adobe Illustrator, EPS, Curves.)  
All files should be saved as EPS and all text converted to outline. EPS format files provide superior reproduction quality allowing images to be resized with no loss of sharpness or detail.

Hard Copy
Crisp black and white printed artwork of 600 dpi or higher is acceptable. Mailed not faxed. We recommend sending  black and white laser prints at 200% larger than size to be printed. Art will then be scanned and streamlined into a useable format.  
  
Spot Color File  Format (one, two, or three colors, not four-color process)
Adobe  Illustrator and Macromedia Freehand Workable EPS (Encapsulated Postscript) files  with text converted to outline are preferred. A laser print of art marked with PMS color numbers should be included. Photoshop PSD, RGB or CMYK files in any  file format for spot color orders are not acceptable.
